Payment is required at the time of service. Patients on insurance plans are asked to pay any required co-payments, co-insurance payments or at the time of their visit. We participate with many insurance and managed care plans, and will bill the insurance company for our patients who are enrolled in any of these plans. Special arrangements may be made with our billing department when circumstances make it difficult to meet your financial responsibility at the time of your visit.
