Scheduling an Appointment 

Physicians’ offices can call (602) 485-7482 to schedule appointment for their patients. Or, if you prefer, we will be glad to call your patients to schedule an appointment. Simply fax the order to (623) 445-6410 with the patient’s name and phone number where they can be reached during the day. Our staff will call the patient and schedule their appointment at a time that is convenient for them, then fax a notice to you with the day of the appointment. We will also send you a courtesy notice if your patient does not appear for their appointment.

 

Authorizations
The staff at Pinnacle Radiology will assist you in obtaining insurance authorizations for your patients.

 

Reporting:
Pinnacle Radiology uses voice recognition technology and has on-site transcription services. This allows us to get routine reports to you in less than 24 hours in most cases.

On-site Creatinine Testing
Pinnacle Radiology will perform creatinine lab tests for patients requiring creatinine testing prior to contrast media injections. You no longer need to order a separate creatinine test, and your patient does not need to go to a different facility for creatinine testing prior to their procedure.
